This looks to be as good as any of the HowTo's available.

I can't see any great need for organising this.  Provided those wishing
to sign keys bring photo IDs and key IDs/fingerprint slips, that about
covers it.  Then it's simply a matter of checking each others IDs before
going home to complete the challenge/reply via email.

If the 28th July is definite I'll post this on the RyeLUG list to see if
I can interest some others in coming over with me.
