[YLUG] Installfest stuffs

Some updates:

> Room - still unable to book rooms ...

Have now made booking requests for the usual rooms at the usual times.
Hopefully the confirmation will come through soon and we'll get the
publicity wagon rolling some more.

> Website - 

Have asked again about timescales for getting access.  In case we
have trouble, we may need to host an installfest advert on a different
provider and get the lug people to redirect our URL for the moment.
If this comes to pass, and you happen to have some spare hosting that
we can point york.lug.org.uk to, do please let me know.

>   Install media:  Due to some administrative oversight, we don't have a
>   bulk order of free 8.04 CDs coming in.  If people have spare ones

Alex Howells suggested having a local ubuntu mirror, I guess it could
be handy in case of no network.  Thoughts?  It'll be some many gigs of
stuff...

Liam has kindly agreed to manage the poster distribution.  We're
planning on using some printers at comprec to print posters.  If you'd
like to distribute posters - printed yourself or collected from comprec
- then let Liam know.

Nobody's got back to me on interesting kinds of entertainment yet.
Any takers to investigate fun games for all to enjoy?  I'm sure there
must be some games-players who can take on this challenge, who'll be
available on the day.

Still no takers for this one - I'm happy to take it on if nobody else
wants to give it a go.  I already have a couple of bits and pieces to
contribute.
