[YLUG] ssh to York

Thank for your help.
However, their is something that I do not understand:

I did an dI get:
New 'Eschyle:1 (pdupre)' desktop is Eschyle:1

(the shell is now on eschyle)

I did:
ssh -X -L54000:localhost:5900 teucidide.york.ac.uk

but I also tried:
ssh -X -L54000:localhost:5901 teucidide.york.ac.uk

I did not see any difference
What do you mean by: To get port, add screen number to 5900 ?
