Made a boo boo on one of our tangents. ISO 8601 says that week #1 is the
week that contains the first Thursday of the year. If that Thursday is
the 5th, 6th, or 7th, then the 1st, 2nd, and/or third will be in week
#52 (or #53) of the previous year. The same day cannot be in two
different weeks in two different years.

That's ISO/Europe. If you're in USA or Canada, it can!
