[YLUG] Help removed my win 7 partitian and replaced with linux mint debian. is it possible to get it back?

It fully depends. 

Exactly how did you go about setting up to put the Linux distribution on? What part of what disk did you use? Did you make sure to use Windows to create a recovery disk first? Did you make a backup of the MBR? Does the computer offer any config options and recovery mode on startup?
