[YLUG] Help removed my win 7 partitian and replaced with linux mint debian. is it possible to get it back?

If you over wrote the partition then no, you can't unless you spend a lot
of time with a data recovery program and even then it probably won't work.
If you just removed it from the grub menu you can just add it back again by
editing the grub configuration files.
