Well I personally have only been part of the group for a few months,
and I do not know you or Richard.  I had no idea you'd suffered such a
terrible loss until I received "Brigsy"'s abusive and over-the-top
response to a perfectly valid chain of LUG mails.

Ian's response to Brigsy's mail was perfectly reasonable, and wasn't
"slagging off one member's winging" (sic) at all.

So, you have my sympathy for the loss of your son, but do not assume
that the entire Internet knows you or your family, and will stop
everything on account of it.
