I got a FB message from a Reg reader at the end of last week,
expressing surprise that there was a Reg vulture on the Island and
asking if I fancied a beer.

As the dad of a 4YO I do not get out for many beers, so the answer is yes.

I was wondering if there'd be any interest in a IOMLUG pub meet... We
might even be able to make it a semi-regular thing, and  even throw an
Ubuntu launch party or something. I don't know if we'd be able to
persuade the SABDFL to come along but who knows.
