If you use Galeon - which was default in GNOME before epiphany came
along - restarting gives you the option of restoring your session,
or making a bookmark of all the sites open the previous
(interrupted) session.

If you use more than one machine, you're still better off with
something like del.icio.us

To read a site I've been sent a link to I use either links2
or w3m on my main machines, lynx on others. To read a page
on my filesystem I usually let MC open links.

For graphical browsing I usually have Icewesael open for
Firebug, and Galeon on a few tabs waiting to be read, due
to the session persistence feature mentioned earlier.

If I don't have a graphical browser open, and need one
quickly, I'll use Dillo - which has recently added tabs
at last.

If I'm using KDE, I'll have Konqueror open - and very good
it is too :-) (PWM is my default desktop, but I've started
rotating through different ones for variety in screenshots,
as I'm doing a couple of HotPicks columns for LXF).

I've recently installed Netsurf and Midori, but haven't
found a reason to use them in anger.

On my Debian desktop(s) I have IE6, 5.5, and 5.0, through
IEs4linux [1] - in order to check workarounds for MS's
buggy CSS implementation :-/
