I've just had a look at posterous, the name livlug has been taken so
either Dan's been busy or there's an imposter somewhere.

It can't post to mailing lists, but it can be posted to by email. I can
set up a forwarding address on my server to forward all mails to
posterous (and thence to Twitter, Facebook RSS etc) and also to any
other lists we want to notify. Then it's just a case of sending one mail
to do everything.
