Erm, uhm - I don't know about that one. According to the constitution, 
in order to form another fact-finding sub-committee (of the exploratory 
kind or otherwise) the application should be submitted in triplicate for 
approval during an extraordinary session of the LUG's membership, after 
prior approval by the Chairman and the senior members. Without the 
correct procedures, our establishment will crumble to bits! Standards 
must be upheld at all costs!
