[Liverpool] Maemo - back from the ashes?

(sorry for the multiple posting)

Yep Neil, Nokia are contractually obligated to release a MeeGo phone (it was
originally supposed to have happened by Q4 2010, lol). But I'm wondering
whether this would be construed as fulfilling that agreement, since this
isn't actually MeeGo.
