I gather Mandrake's urpmi can recursively resolve dependencies, so that
would be a good place to start looking.

Failing that, create a bit of shellscript/perl to create a list of broken
packages from the verify output, then run it a couple of times to resolve
all the dependencies (fixing up any missing dependencies manually)...
