Amen to that!

I've been a user of BT DSL since 2000, suffered every excuse imaginable , each time service was interrupted. Moved to NTL cable 2 years ago and still suffer from time to time.

I'm currently waiting for Southern Electricity to get it's act sorted out for a 1 MB asynchronous service with no contention ratio for ?29 a month on the mains.
