They have not changed since 9.3

NTL don't have any problem with IPv6 from my laptop (running
Suse 10.0 to a Netgear WGR614).  Who knows what will happen when
they get involved with Virgin.

No packets are getting that far.  Something on my 'updated' machine
has decided not to talk to the external world.
