Strange that you’ve had some postings rejected by the moderator David, cause
that’s me and I haven’t rejected any that I’ve been asked to approve?? What
date are you talking about? What was the reject message? Could you send it
to me personally (outside the mailing list), you have my email address…

 

Eddacker, I’m going to start a new thread entitled ‘wireless card setup’ so
we can discuss that there, I’m struggling with pcmcia WLAN on suse 9.2.
Congrats on your marriage btw! Sure you had a great day, hopefully not
marred by your wife’s shoulder surgery (today I’ve just realised)

I've only just started to look abit more seriously at linux and I had
problems getting on the internet< AOL> ,they give no help at all.Ive only
just found this local LUG and when it restarts in its new building I shall
be attending, so I hope to meet you there. 
I've just built 64 bit pc and have Mandrivia on it and I am finding it
better as it is farly easy to install and run.

 Well me, I'm 59, married, 2 girls, both at uni  I have done a few certs. on
IT but cant get job in IT,too old.

With computers I have had some experience and success. With Linux I have
been playing around since Suse 6 and RH7 and seem to forget more than I 
know.

be able to help, but I am witty. LOL
