Hi David/All

If you want to go ahead and book the room for the next meeting we will
sponsor it this month and then we can discuss further arrangements
with other business owners within the group for for how we are going
to finance the room in the long term.  It's only fair we support
the group after all members have contributed to the community already
in various ways already:)

We don't mind lending the group a data projector either for use at
meetings rather than us having to raise more cash to rent one.
