PDFs can be pulled from Delicious using the tag system:filetype:pdf, you
can then use Google viewer by prepending
http://docs.google.com/viewer?url= to the url of the pdf (eg.
<http://docs.google.com/viewer?url=http://www.fisica.ufjf.br/disciplinas/fismod/capitulo7.pdf>).

I'm sure there will be scripts to generate thumbnails of the pdfs.
Evince-thumbnailer does it, but there's almost certainly software with
lighter requirements.
