I am able to do this within the network at home. I was hoping to do it
from work so I can wake the computer up and shut it down when needed
just to save on electric bill save environment etc

I suspect its my router as someone said some routers let the magic
packet through to turn computer on.
Looks like I have to get my wife to turn computer one when she is at
home but I can turn it off via ssh
