That is a fantastic link, Tim!

I am reading it thinking how much I agree with it... perhaps I am a
geek, perhaps I am elitist... I do not know.. but one thing that I do
know is that I want to help people with *real* problems, and the ones
that ask for help when they would only need to spent 5 minutes reading a
tutorial just get in the way.
