[members at lugog] "moderation" on mailing list causes rejection??

That'd be it... dunno why it was set up like that, perhaps to stop
people using the "old list" when it was that???

Anyway, changed to "Hold" now so should be back to normal - not that
anybody is currently moderated anymore (new members will be initially,
though, moving forward).
