Ah, that's sad. I didn't know the chap but condolences to all who did.
Pause...
On a different note (if it's an appropriate time, probably not but 
then...life must go on etc and I can be like that because I'm old, very) 
I've just moved back to Linux from the dreaded M fiefdom and I'm finding 
it a whole different experience this time. I've been able to try various 
iterations of the breed and am currently running Mint Qiuanaafter Ubuntu 
14.04. Now I'm downloading a variation named Peach.
Here in  Norton I don't know anyone else running Linux but they must be 
out there. Whether it would warrant a LUG I know notbut I have 
difficulty making the meetings at Glasto - I know they hate that term :-)
