That is not the argument, did you read the post?  This isn't an argument
about the number of things you can do with a box but the ease of use etc.
Both OS's do similar things or can be made to, they just do it in different
ways.

Yes, sometimes I come accross bugs in windows installs of programs, not as
often as some people seem to, but then it is still easy to install things.
I am not bashing Linux here, I am just saying that it is generally easier to
install programs on windows especially for a novice.  Instead of picking on
and listing the problems of windows, which is a pointless task and achieves
nothing look at the good bits and say 'how can we make the good bits work to
linux's advantage?'.

Don't be silly.  I am not talking about MS here, try and focus on the topic
at hand.
