Obviously Telia lie a bit, but still; last I heard they had well over
4,000. If you expect a PC to develop a hardware fault once a year
(sadly, not an implausible idea) you're going to have to diagnose and
replace a dozen boxes every day - weekends, bank holidays,
everything. That's at least three full-time staff just there for the
'huge rack farm' alternative.
