[Gllug] Certification

I've done the first LPI - I can't discuss the content in any detail
(that's a condition of doing it), but it covered the objectives pretty
well and the questions were well framed.  Most are multiple choice, some
with one answer only, some with multiple correct answers.  There are also
some 'type in' questions where you have to type in e.g. a correct path or
filename.
