If you checkout http://rute.sourceforge.net you find it is a linux
tutorial and exposition that has a section crossreferencing chapter to
both RHCE and LPI.  I don't have a comp sci degree which means I can not
even apply for 70% of the jobs out there.  That combined with my low
experience makes life tough.  I believe that LPI and RHCE will once I find
the time and the money to take them will help my prospects immensely.
That and sending my CV to agencies in .doc format. ;)

Depends on how much they are charging and who is paying. ;)

I am planning a trip to India in the new year part of the time I intend
to be doing some intensive 5 day instructor led Solaris courses.  Last
time I checked Solaris admin I, II and their Solaris TCP/IP networking
course plus air fare was less than a level II over here.

Googling for $what_you_want+training+bundles should get you started hope this helps.
