[Gllug] any have SoundBlaster PCI16 working in Linux?

I think it probably is the Speaker IN that you are looking at. I think 
there is probably only one D-A converter that is fed to Line-out and 
(through a Power Amp) to the Speaker-out. This will be fixed gain so the 
line and speaker outs are not independent :-(
