Yes, I thought that might be the case, but I use Debian for a reason: I
got bored with ./configure ; make ; su -c "make install".

I'd *guess* that it could be done with a template; skimming the
remembrance-agent code (while trying to diagnose it's insanely crypyic
response to lack of index) it looked to be pretty flexible.

It will, of course, handle directories of individual mail items
perfectly well...
