So it's not exactly your fault - it's generated by the server:

But why doesn't Internet Mail Service set the In-Reply-To headers? It screws 
up threading of discussion. I thought that pretty much any decent mail client 
since about 1990 had the appropriate In-Reply-To header? (Or is *decent* the 
key word here?)
