[Gllug] troff error with man

Obvious question... do you have the safer macro package? It'll be in
a tmac directory. Try:

	locate tmac | egrep safer

ISTR that the safer macro package isn't used any more anyway, it's
implemented internally to groff nowadays.

You should have been using "troff -man man1"
