I'll leave it to the list as a group (all 384 of you) to decide which
way to jump.  As the bofh with root I've made my policy for handling
long admin queues clear.  

If the group decides to keep an open list can I suggest that everyone
takes an active role in reporting spam to the list to appropriate
addresses[1] :)
