[Gllug] kde kpanel editing

I have installed realplayer and I've tried to set up shortcuts to the
executable, but they work only if they are setup to run in terminal.
I have also added a shortcut on the kpanel in kde and that works fine,
was able to select the right icon too and so on. I want now to edit this
shortcut on the kpanel. 
Does anyone know where does kde stores its configuration files ? I've
looked in /usr/share/apps but I couldn't find anything along the lines
of kpanelrc or something similar.
