I tried a test http://www.browsercam.com/ (which doesn't have Opera 7 yet)
and taking a very quick glance, MSN looks okay on everything there except
Konqueror 3.0.5 (no Flash) - Linux (minor problem with the button/bar
layout)
Explorer 4.0 (no Flash) - Mac (more serious content problem)
AOL 7.0 - Win 2000 (wanted to download flash for no reason)

the rest were okay...
