Just a comment on the agency.  I submitted a CV to them yesterday and 
left a message and did not get a response.

I think that this job is on jobserve through a couple of agencies.  I 
would rather give a share of my salary to a company that I did not have 
to do their work for them.  Things like submit a CV and then have to 
fill out their database forms spring to mind :-)
