Not that you replied to the digest, no; but your message did not thread 
correctly here (using mutt). Whilst it ended up in pretty much the right 
place because of the date and subject, your message didn't have a 
In-Reply-To: header which mutt uses (I assume) to do its thread tree.

Does the digest come with complete headers of the original mails? If so 
then your mail client would ideally pick up the Message-ID: of the 
particular message you're replying to.
