that sounds more than fair enough to me, I am also of the opinion that you take
the easy path. As of course the least overall effort on the list admins behalf 
is best =)

I think turning it off is a really bad idea, its not as though we get very much
spam at all, I would only advocate the increasing the +2 score if it really was
a no brainer and I dont want you to make that extra effort at all it just
seemed like a good idea at the time if all the data was availabe in the same 
place. Of course I also want less spam overall like most people...

Personally I don't spamassassin my mailing lists only my inbox and personal
mail, just because i like to watch the threads based around spam ;) my +2 idea
was based on a conceptual idea of things being the way I imagined them and
would be a relatively good way of dealing with it if it was simple.
