Ogg Vorbis is lossy too. Although comparing the two will always be
subjective, I *do* believe Vorbis to sound better. The difference
isn't as large as some would make out, though, and most will struggle
to differentiate between the two. 

That said, I'd use Ogg Vorbis anyway even if it was slightly lower
quality than MP3 -- I value the freedom that comes with it.
