www.corporatesoftware.org will sell you an OEM pack of just about 
anything. Legally it has to be supplied with hardware and they get 
around that by sending you a "reconditioned" hard-drive or a £1 mouse or 
something with it. In practice, it's an ancient 500MB IDE disk with 
loads of bad sectors in it but who cares?
