[Gllug] Mozilla Address Book

Does anyone here understand how Mozilla (Thunderbird) stores it's 
address book?

We have a couple of networks replacing OE with Thunderbird (still on 
Win2K but it's the thin end of the wedge) and I am trying to give them a 
shared contacts folder.

I have pasted the .mab below and am wondering if it is XML or what?

I am hoping to write a import/export to get it into MySQL without all 
the hassle of exporting to txt/csv and I am hoping that there is an 
easier way.

Any ideas?
