It's normally considered to be one month after you put in your resignation - 
that suggests the 16th Oct.  However - you haven't been employed for a full 
year, so you don't have the "benefit" of any employment rights - your 
employer could dismiss you instantly without any further pay!

If it suits your purpose, it might be worth checking your remaining holiday 
entitlement prior to handing in your notice - it may be to both your and your 
employers advantage to come to a mutual agreement....
