[Gllug] decreasing ping times

Nope. However... 16 second pings? And a sequence number that doesn't
increase (or multiple replies from a single one without a dup warning)?
Something's wrong. If it's working properly, it should look something
like mine:

leto:~% ping adsl
PING adsl.astradyne.corp (194.106.50.225) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from 194.106.50.225: icmp_seq=0 ttl=254 time=1.76 ms
64 bytes from 194.106.50.225: icmp_seq=1 ttl=254 time=1.62 ms
64 bytes from 194.106.50.225: icmp_seq=2 ttl=254 time=1.66 ms
64 bytes from 194.106.50.225: icmp_seq=3 ttl=254 time=1.67 ms
