I am not sure about the button but I don't think they use flash. You can
apply from here http://www.firstdirect.com/apply/apply.shtml and click on
the account type you want to apply for.
I applied over the phone and they sent me a pack. It wasn't meant as an ad
its just a comment from one very happy customer :)

Sounds like an ad ...
Wish I could work out _how_ to apply on their website. Perhaps the
lack of Flash in my browser means I'm missing some crucial button ...
