If his use of GLLUG is work-related, he should inform his employer
that the disclaimer makes it impossible to participate in the list.
If not, he should get a personal email account, since his employer
does not provide one suitable for any personal use.
This is no different from the people whose mail is mangled by
employers' braindead Exchange setups. You do have a choice; find and
use something that doesn't mangle mail.
