Exim on Debian is :->

Seriously, the documentation on exim is superb. It's clear that it was
written by "old mainframe maintenance programmers" rather than hackers
or academics with Something To Prove.

Also, exim has a whole bunch of helpful "test the configuration I gave
you" facilities, which make life a Lot Easier.
