[Gllug] Bonded DSL

Hi,

I've seen a couple of ISPs offering bonded DSL, it seems they're using 
PPP Multilink. Does anybody know how this actually works in some sort of 
detail, a pointer to a MTFR would be great.

What I'm wondering is this, does it just do basic load-balancing or does 
it create a truly 2x, 4x, etc connection.
