That very much depends upon how much control over formatting you're willing
to delegate to the user.  Granted I'm biased because I work for a
disability-related charity, but I think the more control over formatting you
can pass over to the user, without the default looking terrible, the better:
who is a lowly web developer to decide what looks best for an individual?
