Unless you need vender supported or certified software and hardware.

When i can get Oracle and Dell or HP to certify Debian running an Oracle
database on a Poweredge then it'll get another look. Different people
have different needs.

Before i get flamed i know it can be made to run on those machines,
however some environments require the support options to be present.
