Zope is nice enough.  I found Plone to be thoroughly confusing.

management solutions which are search-engine friendly and easy to use.
Also they're available under the GPL (if you want to install and
manage them yourself - they are easiest to install on Debian), or as a
hosted solution (for which you will pay a certain monthly amount).
