Not quite. 939 isn't just the Winchester core (which is the 90nm Athlon64),
but also the Newcastle core (130nm). Socket 939 is actually the version of
the Athlon64 with dual memory channel support. Socket 754 is slowly being
phased out by AMD along with socket 940 so 939 is the way to go it seems.
