[Gllug] Firewall distro

Ahem!  Last time I checked SP2 added this feature and made the firewall
actually start much earlier.  Its been my experience on XP that it
definitely blocks outgoing or at least prompts the option to the user.

Ahem. Last time I looked, you couldn't even block outbound traffic.
Don't get me wrong, the firewall in SP2 is a huge step forward for
Windows users. But it's nowhere near iptables yet, and it's a joke
compared to pf.
